Medium/Large Master Bowls

Master Bowls can be used for Sound Massage on the body, as they have frequency up to 170 Hz, that is relaxing the body and mind, impacting the brain waves to go to the state of deep relaxation. Master bowls usually have optimal size-weight 22-30cm. Any bowls with key frequency above 170Hz would be too high and too stimulating for the brain, and can’t be used for 50min continuous massage session, however they can be integrated as a secondary bowls with master bowl. FULL MOON Bowls

Full moon bowls have been produced for over 450 years only by one family in Nepal, with techniques and blessings transmitted from Tibetans. This family has 450 years old bowl presented in Culture Museum in Kathmandu, and are well respected in community. In recent years there were many commercial productions appearing claiming them producing Full Moon bowls, however they have no right to call them as such, due to absence of the ancient lineage and transmission of specific method of producing these sacred instruments. They put the sign of Full Moon bowl and mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, but afraid of engraving the family name of the lineage that kept the traditions intact for 450 years. So when buying Full Moon bowl, please, check if it has the family name engraved or not – that’s the sign of authenticity for the Full Moon bowl. If there’s no family name you are getting a bowl which has no right to be called Full Moon bowl and shouldn’t be sold as such. We are sharing this among community to avoid the confusion about Full Moon bowls, but also respect ancient lineage and transmission. We sell only authentic Full Moon bowls for over 11 years and guarantee their authenticity.

LHAMO Bowls for healing

Lhamo bowls are produced from the same high quality combination of metals’ mix as full moon bowls, just not on the day of full moon. They are known for their complex sound and healing qualities, being integrated by sound therapists, yoga & meditation teachers, psychotherapists into healing work.

ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཏྲི་མུ་ཡེ་སལེ་འདུ།

This Heart mantra is said to be the essence of enlightenment in sound and energy, and as we sing or chant the mantra our awareness is transformed to be in union with the Buddhas. It is used for purification, protection, and as primary practices toward self realization.

It is said that creating these mantra in any form brings merit and purification, so in Tibet, India and Nepal it is commonly found carved into stones, printed on prayer flags where it spreads its benefits through the winds, and even drawn with gold ink and kept on shrines as an object of reverence and meditation. Its blessings are said to be endless

The name Lhamo was given by Tibetan Lamas to signify protective powers of goddess Lhamo on the path of healing work and truthfullness. Lhamo is the goddess mother of all Buddhas, divine feminine energy, she is also Saraswati, goddess of music.

Lhamo bowls are produced by master Santa, whose family has been traditionally producing the bowls for over 450 years in Nepal. His bowls are being used for meditation practices in Buddhist monasteries and sound healing around the world 🙏
