Sound Healing Bali. Level 1

Certified by Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association

SOUND HEALING at HEARTH, Nuanu City

This is a short yet profound training in Sound Therapy for those who has just 2 days and deep dedication to dive deep. This course has been offered around the world since 2013, with over 300 participants completing it and integrating the techniques into yoga and meditation classes, massage therapies, and energy healing, being offered by graduates in yoga centres and retreats, hospitals, psychotherapy clinics, centres for women and children, and by musicians and DJs for artistic expression.

The unique advantage of this course is that Lola Lhamo, the course leader, was initiated into the secret knowledge of Buddhist, Yogic, Daoist, and Shamanic lineages. She transmits both the spiritual knowledge of these traditions and the science behind Sound Therapy, merging two perspectives and languages to fully equip you in your practice and offerings.

Immerse yourself in a transformative journey through the ancient Energy Medicine techniques of the Himalayas — sacred spiritual traditions of Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Crystal Bowls, combined with the latest scientific insights into the vibrational and sound healing. This experience takes place at incredible NUANU Bali, the city of the future and a centre of creativity, located within the community hub HEARTH.

Open the gate to a new world of harmony, effortlessly found within, through the path of sound healing and Nada Yoga (inner silence). This journey will lead you to Inner Power and Peace, fostering a deep connection with your Higher Self and the Source, enabling the realization of dreams and manifestation abilities coming from a connected heart. You’ll also step into a new role of empowering and uplifting the community with the power of sound healing, and become a genuine creator of the New Earth.

Upon completing this course—encompassing both theory and practice—you will be fully certified as a Sound Therapist by the International Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association. You’ll be prepared to embark on a new path as an individual or group sound healer, or to enhance your existing skills and depth of knowledge.

The powerful ancient science of healing through sound and vibration has a long and remarkable history. For centuries, monks, doctors, shamans, and everyday people from Japan, Bhutan, Nepal, India, and Tibet have used bowls for healing the body and soul, for meditation, and for sacred rituals. They believed in the special powers of these bowls, viewing them as a medium connecting them to cosmic consciousness; some practices were secret and shared only among monks and shamans.

The sound and vibration are powerful ENERGY MEDICINE.

Sound Energy Therapy with Singing Bowls has healing impact on many levels:

~ Physical body: deep vibration releases the muscles tension, massages the organs. Sound containing binaural rhythms balances the nervous system, rejuvenates the brain, and helps dissolve stress and anxiety, leading to improved sleep. Sound therapy is now being implemented for post-trauma treatment in hospitals and even military organizations. Sound Therapy is now being implemented for post-traumatic work at hospitals and even military organizations. It has been confirmed that cancer cells could shutter after the resonance therapy (see Dr Holland research on our page Science).

~ Energy body: combined vibration and sound release emotional tension and blockages, purify subtle energy channels and the energy field blueprint, and rejuvenate the DNA structure (your informational hardware). After sound healing, both the patient and the therapist feel deeply relaxed and happy, with many reporting feelings of joy and a sense of “reconnecting with their inner child.”

~ Cosmic Holographic Blueprint: by opening your energy channels with sound and vibration, you can experience spiritual awakening and a union with universal consciousness. This process allows you to heal yourself with new, pure energy flowing through your open channels, also initiating personal transformation.

Sound Healing is a unique therapy which stayed hidden for many centuries, kept sacred in Buddhist tradition of healing and enlightenment.

Food for thought: in Buddhism Maitreya, the Buddha of the future, can be translated from Sanskrit as Harmonic Resonance…

The science started to research the impact of vibration and sound on human in XIX century, Einstein, Tesla all believed in incredible power of vibration and resonance, later few scientists were able to shut cancer and leukaemia cells in human body with the resonance. See more at our page Science

Himalayan Singing Bowls are becoming more and more popular in recent years with Tibetan lamas travelling the world, and yogis incorporating the bowls into group meditations. It’s important however to understand and learn both the spiritual tradition and the science behind sound therapy to be fully rooted on the path as a practitioner.
