Home Work

Congratulations with completing Part 1 of QUANTA Reiki course!

There’s still some home-work to do 🙂 Please, see little introduction in this video and more detailed description below.

Enjoy the practice!

It was incredible pleasure sharing with you this weekend!

We have such an amazing group!  What a beautiful journey we will have all together!

Home work for these 2 weeks is:

1. Read the description of Rei Ki symbol and after meditation, channel creative energy and describe what Reiki is in poetic way… yes, write a poem 🙂 free style, hokku is also good ,) please, share with me (and everyone in our WhatsApp group, if you wish

2. Describe what Reiki is in few paragraphs how you would present your healing practice to a client – you can then publish this description on your future website. Please, share with me.

3. Draw Cho Ku Rei 22 times with the right hand and 22 times with the left hand. Then practice drawing in the air. It’s good to do it also on a big piece of paper and put in on the wall in your practice room.

4. Draw Sei Hei Ki the same way.

5. Please, practice self-healing every day, write notes in your diary. Share with me observations of 2 practices – this week and next week.

6. Please, practice

  • Attunements to Earth, Skies, Light powers
  • Inner Smile and Heart Power
  • Universe Grid + Cho Ku Rei
  • Sei Hei Ki

Please, keep the diary of these practices, and share with me and in the group, if you wish, interesting experiences you had… We will start with discussion and sharing next time we meet online. This will help all of us to understand on a deeper level the power of Reiki…

7. Please, try to share at least one QUANTA Reiki healing for another person in the next 2 weeks, and send the notes from this practice with me (what you felt, what was feedback of the client). Of course, if you feel you still need self-healing practice first – it’s absolutely fine.

Thank you for your wonderful presence.

I am always here to answer any questions you may have.
