Hi, my name is Melinda and I’m a passionate healer using ancient wisdom and knowledge in my healing work. The gentle approach of Ayurveda healing through food, lifestyle and herbs not only changed my health but also made me leave counselling behind for this ancient science. Ayurveda’s gentle way of healing resonates with me very well as it is treating the whole person and not just the disease. Ayurveda cares about the delicate balance of the mind, body and spirit. We are all unique and in healing there is no one solution fits all, the treatments have to be tailored to the individual.
Now I’m introducing sound healing to my practice and my clients highly benefit from it and love the combination of sound massage and Ayurvedic massage.
