Angela graduated Sound Energy Medicine course in 2018.
Angela first came to Yoga aged 19yrs as a way of balancing life alongside a musical and demanding IT career in consultancy. Over time corporate life fell away and she left the city to follow her dream of running a holistic practice.
Initially her Yoga practice was with the British Wheel of Yoga until 2014 when she found Himalayan Hatha Yoga and never looked back, this strong practice of muscle engagement helped her to recover from injury, gain physical and mental strength and led to a 500hr teacher training with Yogi Ashokanada in both the UK and India.
Since then she has continued the practice and teachings of Himalayan Hatha, Prana Kriya Yoga and Meditation enjoying balancing both teaching and continuing the life long journey of deepening these wonderful yogic practices along with growing her knowledge of sound therapy through various modalities be it gongs, singing bowls and the voice exploring and sharing the healing sounds of mantra.
Angela is passionate about helping people to slow down their breath and pace embodying the practice, finding the space to ‘just be’ in the present moment and escape the mind.
In 2004 she studied Reflexology at The Bayly School of Reflexology and shortly after became a board member of The British Reflexology Association helping to grow their community, since then she has studied Ayurvedic Massage and has over a decade of experience giving treatments both privately and in the corporate world, most recently studying Ayurvedic Nutritional Lifestyle.
She has been a trustee of a charity called Limbpower since 2016 which helps those recovering from limb loss find motivation through sporting activities, art, music and more recently yoga.
She teaches in London & Chelsea in the corporate arena and runs a community class in Surrey.
